Toy Company email

Ken Kahn, a friend of mine owns a toy company (www.oh-toys.com) that sells well-made, educational toys.
Recently, he received the following email:
hello
my name is R.Thara.Please teach me.
Can you ship to japan?I am sure that he can teach her – but what?
I love this stuff. (Please know, I point these errors out to make sure people know how important good translation is in business, not to make fun of anyone who tries to communicate in another language. I loudly applaud the efforts for anyone that tries.)
