This is such an informative article! I hadn\’t any clue about my favorite cuisine, so it was really refreshing to read this. I love Indian food, but have always been too scared to cook it, so I\’ve always ordered out or gone to restaurants. With the recession and all, however, I\’ve had to search for alternatives. Luckily, there is a brand that I think does ready-made Indian food justice, and that is Tasty Bite. It\’s a ready-made Indian food brand that\’s preservative-free, all natural, low fat/calorie/salt, made from simple ingredients, and only takes 90 seconds to make. They\’ve been my savior for several years now, and I think that they have a very varied selection in terms of the cuisine that come from different regions of India. I definitely recommend them. Otherwise, thank you for the wonderfully informative article, and bon appetit!
